What makes Playsory different from traditional nanny agencies?

Playsory nannies are licensed and credentialed professionals trained in therapeutic care and ABA-aligned socialization. We combine the safety and structure of professional childcare with the creativity and fun of play-based learning.

Do you serve only children with special needs?

No. While Playsory is designed with neurodivergent children in mind, our programs are inclusive and open to all families who value structured, dignity-first care.

How are estimates calculated?

Price estimates are calculated by PropTrack Australia by looking at multiple properties and local market data points, which together can provide insight into the approximate value of a property. The data that informs the estimate range includes property and local market data including: Property types, Recent sales & local price trends, and Land area. What services do you offer?

We provide nanny placement, in-home nannies, group play/field trips, and tutoring support. Each service is tailored to the individual needs of your family.

How do I get started?

Enrollment is handled by one of our Business Development Officers (BDOs). They’ll walk you through the process, answer your questions, and share pricing based on your family’s needs.

Where do your group play and field trips take place?

We partner with safe, child-friendly venues and therapeutic communities across Orlando and surrounding areas. All outings are supervised by trained staff with appropriate ratios.

Safety & Training

Are your nannies background-checked?

Yes. Every Playsory nanny completes a full background check, reference verification, and CPR/First Aid training before working with families.

Do you provide specialized training for staff?

Yes. In addition to licensing, our nannies receive training in ABA-aligned strategies, sensory play, and inclusive care practices.

What are your child-to-caregiver ratios?

We maintain low ratios to ensure individualized attention and safety. Specific ratios vary by service type but always exceed state requirements.

What qualifications do I need?

We prioritize candidates with professional childcare experience, licensure, or educational backgrounds in ABA, special education, or related fields. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Corporate & Events

Do you provide childcare for corporate or nonprofit events?

Yes! Our Corporate Care Program provides on-site therapeutic nannies and play specialists for events, conferences, and fundraisers.

Can corporations partner with Playsory long-term?

Absolutely. Through our Corporate Advertising & Partnerships Program, we build custom collaborations that align with your company’s goals and create meaningful community impact.
